A once-off 3rd-party connection fee of $99 is
payable and only refunded if the application
is rejected |

A Broadband ADSL router is required to connect
to ADSL services. A standard router is $95 |
|
Plan fees are payable in advance at the start
of the month (unless pre-paid upfront) |

Disconnection, Churning and/or Change-of-Plan
fees may apply as indicated on the application
form |

Line checks usually take 5-10 days. At that
point we will know if your application has been
approved |
| CAPPED
PLANS: |
Even if you go over your monthly allowance,
the most you will pay in excess fees is the
plan cap for the month (based on 10c/Mb after
the initial allowance).

| OTHER
PLANS: |
All other plans enjoy speed shaping. For example,
the monthly allowance for Unlimited plans is
30Gb. Once you have reached your allowance you
can still download, just at a reduced rate of
72k. This is called 'shaping'.

| 8Mb
BLITZ PLANS: |
Actual speeds may be less due to a number of
factors including line quality and length, exchange
type, traffic and equipment. About 70% of customers
on the 8000 kbps service can access speeds around
6000 kbps or more. |
